I’m getting an Error 500 when going to my Checkout.
The thing is I’m on a trail period and have opted for a paid plan that will start in a few days time after the trial finishes. The error is a bug from what I can see at the application server end and as such nothing I can do will resolve it. So, do I stick with Shootproof or run for the hills now as I won’t be putting up with these types of errors when I go into full commercial swing????
From experience is this error likely to be taken seriously and dealt with?
