There are about 10% of my customers that are unable to make purchases from my website via the ShootProof platform.
They select the photo(s) they want to purchase, select the format, add items to the cart, enter their email address and then press view cart. It is at this point that they get the message that their are no items in their cart.
Is there anybody else in this community that has experienced this issue and has an answer to it.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
