Clients can not place order / button grayed out

Is anyone else having their clients not able to place orders? 

 

It happens to me too when I test it out. At check out stage, when trying to press the “place order” button, nothing happens. 


I have reported the issue to ShootProof, but just putting it out there to see if anyone else is having the issue. I have lost thousands on this issue already. I know that because I have to manually take orders over the phone now.

Oh no!  I just tried it in my account and it seems to be working ok.  Have you gotten a response from support?

Hi Richie, I am sorry to hear this is still an issue.  I checked in with the support team and they let me know that they are working with you at this time.  I hope that they are able to get things resolved quickly for you.
