Clients being billed multiple times for sane order

For about the last week, clients orders are being billed two, three or four times. Not everyone and not only one gallery.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  Shootproof has not provided any help.  Tired of refunding and trying to smooth irate clients.  
Any suggestions?

Is there an update to this?

I’m having the same problem with multiple charges to clients purchasing photos. I spent an hour on the phone with one of them yesterday trying to calm them down.
