500 - Internal Server Error

Hi, I’ve been having the above error message for the past 2 months when trying to issue an invoice. I have raised this with you guys with no resolution and I’m completely dissatisfied with the level of support Shoot Proof are providing. I have completed my own trouble shooting and clearly its an error with your web servers, please provide a solution to this problem ASAP as this is affecting my business. Regards Neeta

Hi Neeta, I picked your message up over the weekend and support have been looking into it first thing this morning. I believe support have been responding to your emails, but please be aware that they wouldn’t have been able to respond to your most recent email over the weekend. One of our engineers believes they’ve identified the issue you’ve been having - you should receive an email from support with a couple of follow up questions!


I’ve had the exact same problem. Could someone help please?
