Questionnaires are a great way to keep in contact with our clients and get to know more about them.

I love using questionnaires to learn family member names, interests, special requests or needs, and more! 

I also ALWAYS invite clients to be added to my email list.  It’s important to be sure you have permission before doing so, and the questionnaire is a great place to ask.
