I have come upon issue in the last two days where I send my clients the contracts to sign and they cannot sign even after filling in all of their required info. Is this happening to anyone else? Things were working fine last week and I haven't changed anything. Thought I would check here while I wait to hear back from support.
Resolved. It was an issue with fillable fields when creating a new template from a cancelled contract.
Can you explain how you resolved? I’ve had 2 contracts in the last couple days where the client can’t sign.
