Community Update

Hi there! We wanted to share a couple updates with this group. (1) We are moving our feature requests input to a new tool. This will be on site and more accessible. Find feature requests and other valuable info in the resource center (the lightbulb in the bottom right of your screen). Sharing your feedback just got a lot easier and we can't wait to hear from you!

(2) We are also moving our community back to Facebook. We feel this is the best platform to connect with our members and the best place to foster an open dialogue. Our hope is that the focus of this group remains on photographers. This will mean we won't use this group as a place for support tickets or for feature requests, rather for building a community of peers that helps all photographers build successful and sustainable businesses as you focus on what matters most.

What happened to my old posts?
While the forum based community we were using is going away, the feedback that was shared has been passed along to the relevant teams

Do I share my feature requests in the new facebook group?
We’ve made sharing feature requests even easier by putting an updated form directly into ShootProof. Our hope is that our community group is a support system for photographers to share their wins and their struggles, and so we hope to do that best by keeping the focus on our photographers - not on ShootProof.

How do I share feature requests?
Directly inside ShootProof! If you click into our resource center (the lightbulb in the bottom right of your screen), you should see “share your ideas”. Our hope is that this new process will be much easier on everyone. This is currently a new switch, so please feel free to share your feedback on the process and let us know if there’s ways we can improve it going forward!
